Bake tots at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Sauté onions and peppers for 5 minutes, add hemp crumbles and cook until heated, remove from heat.
Sauté mushrooms separately, remove from heat.
To make tofu scramble , prepare seasoning mix of nutritional yeast, turmeric, paprika, cumin, mushroom powder, salt, & white pepper. Sauté minced garlic and onions, adding in crumbled tofu and seasoning mixture. Cook 2-3 minutes and add cilantro.
Arrange ingredients into your bowl as desired, top with green chile sauce and salsa.
